We do not use cookies on our site. Data is only collected when a user registers on our site.

We do not store any medical information on our users.

Medical Council number where required
Documents that you provide for registration purposes

3. Data Processing and who we share your information with

We do not sell or provide your information to anyone other than to those GPs who are registered to use our services i.e. for recruitment or patient referral purposes. We use your personal information to send automated reminder emails and SMS messages for your allocated or referred sessions.

Due to the nature of their jobs some of our employees will have access to your data to provide account support and customer service, such as assisting with resetting passwords or activating your account if an activation code fails to reach you. We will always use your information in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1998.

We will collate, aggregate and analyse non-personally identifiable data in order to understand user demand, demographics, trends and user preferences. This information will be for internal use and could be shared with our stakeholders to further promote the features and benefits of our services.
